hi I would like to know if my husband can come back to the United states. He got deported to dominincan republic for having drugs. what are my changes

If he was deported for a drug related offence, chances are that he is considered an aggravated felon and is permanently banned (inadmissible to USA). An exception is one offence possession of marijuana under 30gr.
