Stay or go
My sister in law came here 20 years ago with her husband who had a student visa, they brought their daughter with them who also was not a citizen. She has since had two children here that are citizens. Her husbands student visa ran out and so did hers. Now her daughter is starting college and her other two children do not want to return to the other country. Is there anyway for her to get permanent status here and her oldest daughter who really only knows this country?

if they have never received any deportation order and have not committed any major crimes...they are eligible for can cellation of removal. Please e-mail me directly with more details
