Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey
I want my car totaled
My vehicle was at fault( i wasn't in car) in a head on collision(air bag deployed). I have a 2007 ACura RL with 5500 miles on it. I want the car totaled and Allstate insurance wants to fix the car. I want to sell it and sue for diminished value. Do you know of any attorneys that I can contact in the Freehold NJ area?
