Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New Jersey
I want to have a contracted photographer take photos for my online clothing store. I need a contract that states that while working for my llc the photographer is under conditional contracting which can be terminated at any time and all photos taken on the job I guess belong to our company. How should I go about doing this? I'd also need a photo release form for the models right?

You are correct, you need to have a 'work made for hire' agreement as well as a release for the model and possibly the premises. My practice handles these matters on a regular basis.
