Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

My company told me that I must turn over my jury duty check. Is this legal?

If you are being paid by the company for the days of jury duty, it is proper to reimburse the company for anything extra that you receive. If your employer does not pay you for the time, there is no reason to turn the very small jury duty pay over.
