Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Employer Notice

Thanks for taking my question.

Recently I was given a summons from my employer saying I didn't obey there contract terms. Most of the reasons given in the summons doesn't have that potential. Even though I know that I've a good defense, I am worried about the cost involved. Each lawyer is charging real huge money and I can't afford so much. Is there anybody who can help me to get my justice with my case with some reasonable money?

You need to retain a private attorney to defend yourself. There is no way to avoid paying a private attorney to defend you. If you don't retain one, you will have default judgment taken against you. Feel free to call our offices. -Danny Cevallos, Esquire
