Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Is it legal to share my current employer's employment agreement with a potential future employer? My future employer is asking for this and I don't know if it's legal.

Unless the agreement itself says that it is confidential or some other agreement that you have with your current employer deems it to be confidential, you can share it with anyone who has a legitimate interest in it. That would include your prospective employer. It is good practice for hiring companies to ask for such agreements to protect themselves against claims.
