Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I live in NJ. I am currently unemployed and collect UI benefits. I have an LLC and I am doing business. I do not know what the profit will be until the end of the year. So, how do I claim any income if I do not know what it will be until the end of the year? If at the end of the year I have a profit that I will pay taxes on, then I should claim that amount on the benefit week that is determined?

you may be creating a huge problem for yourself. you may be forced to stop collecting benefits or even pay back what you have already received, if your LLC business disqualifies you.
