Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Since i started with my employer in February 2011 i have received many anti-semetic remarks as far as harassment for my family being jewish. I have also received remarks that "i'm gay" and "white boys have no work ethic" and "i have the work ethic of a "n*gger". I have recorded conversations, documented the times it happened, and taped my manager doing "the nazi walk". I have told my district manager, and it still happens. I also have had a pen thrown against my face during a meeting by my DM. Do i have a case against them?

It appears that you may have a claim for hostile work environment, amongst other things, under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination based on your religion and/or race. Please contact me, so that we can discuss this further. Thank you.
