Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

unemployment disqualification

I have recently been denied unemployment based on my former employer's FALSE statements. I do have proof that some of what he said was a lie, but he is claiming I quit when he actually fired me. How can I convince the appeal board that I didn't quit?

You can provide any documantory proof that you may have in your possession to prove your case before the appeals examiner. You can also subpeona witnesses to attend the hearing (in person or via telephone call) who have information which is critical to your case.
