Judgement to enforce Stipulation in NJ

Can a written stipulation to pay an agreed amount be valid if the defendants didn't sign and approve the conditions written within the agreement?

A written stipulation to pay an agreed amount, is it valid if the defendant does not agree.

Well, no, if the defendant does not agree, then the defendant does not agree.

You are clearly leaving out some very important part of whatever situation is going on.

If you have an attorney, get some answers from that attorney.

If you dont have an attorney, get one.

Your question makes no sense.
