Landlord releaing my personal information

My landlord is constantly giving out my personal cell phone number without my permission. Can she do that? Do I have any legal recourse?

This is an outrageous violation of your privacy. I can NOT tell whether under New Jersey law you would have any basis for a lawsuit.
