Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

negligient blood test result

I suffered from hashimoto hypothyroidism for the last 5 years which require periodic bloodtest. Went to 1 lab to test for level of thyroid and found to be marginally positive. a few months later went to 2 other labs for blood test again and found to be negative. Not satisfied went back to the original lab 5 days later to test again. The last test is positive. Because earlier 2 test were negative, doctors were not able to treat me and as a result continue to suffer pain, discomfort, anxiety, weight gain etc. Can I sue the 2 labs for negligence.

Re: negligient blood test result

you need to prove that the misdiagnoses caused you permanent damage. You also need to prove that the test were wrong (could you have been taking meds. at the time of the test?)
