Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Patient Consent

My friend is being given an eeperimental injection that is supposed to supress emotions, and he didn't want to be a part of it. The doctor is threatening to put him in a mental ward if he tries to stop the taking the injections. He is only 14, so i don't know how much anyone can help. Is it legal for this doctor to keep doing this without his consent?

If what you say is true, you should report your concerns to the office of child protective services, the state attorney general, and your local district attorney.
