Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Attorney withholding settlement

I recently won a settlement in a personal injury case. Concurrently, I am in the midst of an unrelated lawsuit (with a different attorney) for which I have some attorney's fees outstanding. My PI attorney is buddies with the my other attorney and is withholding my settlement to pay my other attorney's fees. They are not in the same office and the cases are not at all related. Is there anything I can do?
