Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

i fell today walking into a supermarket - the carpet from the entrance of the store was about a foot away and i slipped on that foot of floor which was wet from the rain - no one was around to help but this one lady who worked at the check cashing place and watched me and starred and offered no assistance. I had no choice but to get up and walk to the register to let someone know.... no one asked if i was ok no manager came down so i left because i had to get to work (BAD MOVE) i probably should have stayed... my knee was hurting then but i thought i could walk it off - well now 6 hrs later i have a sharp pain in my knee - i have no medical insurance - can i get the supermarket to pay my medical expenses and also can i sue them for neglegence on the floor and ME???

I suggest you see an attorney ASAP. If you call me, I can send you over to one. You would need to treat with someone right away to have a shot here.

You need to (1) seek medical attention as soon as possible. If you have a problem with your insurance, we can find you a doctor who might be willing to treat pending your claim. (2) contact an attorney right away. Feel free to call our offices to discuss.
