Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Does the Plaintiff have a case?

Two yrs ago I drove across an intersection without stop signs and hit a car who was also driving through the uncontrolled intersection. The police took a report and rendered it a no fault incident. No summons were issued, no one was injured, and both myself and the other driver drove away. I just received a civil action summons from the other driver claiming I was negligent and careless and she has become disabled and is seeking damages. I drove by the scene today and there are still no stop signs on that intersection. Does the plaintiff even have a case?
