Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was rear ended by a taxi cab driver. I was told by the owner of the company that it cost to much to repair that we should go through the insurance company. I cooperated with the company and faxed over the police report, estimate, and my statement of what had happened. The company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and took photos of the damage. When I would contact the company they said they were waiting to get a statement from the driver of the cab. After four months of waiting I received a letter in the mail stating that they had denied my claim. I would like to know how I would go about persuing my claim.

You should absolutely talk to an attorney as soon as possible. Rear enders are considered undisputed liability, as a general rule. Feel free to call our offices to discuss.
