in workers comp / in new jersey can you also recive pain and suffering,from a contractor who did work on the floor weare thay mever put the rubber stop on the garment rack which caused the injury to my right wrist thae date of acident 11/2007 will be released on 12/11/2012

Depends on the nature and extent of the injury. We don't really call it "pain and suffering" in Workers' Compensation. If you make a complete healing and are 100% back to normal, then there is no award. However, if there is significant disability you certainly are entitled to permanency benefits.
