What if any leagal problem does this have and should I have leagal binding agreements with my adveritser? Were would I obtain such documents to cover my LLC and me in case of a problem? Agreements are necessary so that your advertisers do not claim that they are entitled to more than what you want to offer them and also that they accept liability for the content of their advertisement. You should have terms of use for your website which advises the public that you do not warranty the services or products of your advertisers. Such agreements must be tailored to the type of business and arrangements with advertisers that you engage in, there are no boilerplate forms that could provide the particular protection for your business that you would need. You can have an agreement prepared for you that could apply to each of your advertisers.

Our firm is available to prepare such agreements. If you wish to discuss this matter further, you may call us at (212) 267-7000.
