house deed

i want to take my sisters' names off the deed to my house before i sell it-- they both live out of state and i reside alone in the house

Depending on the situation, this could be a simple deed to be signed by them, costing $200 or less for the attorney's help.

That is not hard to do if your sister is willing to give you her interest or sell it to you at an agreed price. You can't do it yourself without her participation.
