Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I live in a condo and have Home Owners Association Dues that are to be paid each month. In the building we have several owners that are seriously behind in paying the dues. Questions;

1. What action can be taken by the Association to collect the fees?

2. Who's responsibility is it to that the above mentioned actions? We have a management company that collects the fees. Is it their responsibility of should the association hire a lawyer?

the Association can sue them in Superior Court, and place a lien on the unit, and possibly other actions.

the Association's officers are responsible to manage the Association, and usually this is done by hiring a management company.

Have your management company contact me. I have been collecting unpaid association dues for several condos for a long, long time.
