Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
My mother needs help.
During a low period in my moms life, two of seven siblings lnfluenced my mom into signing over her house over to them with out consulting the other five siblings. she has since recognized her mistake but does not know what she can do at this point, to get her house back.

She would have to bring an action in NJ to revoke
based on undue influence

A lawsuit is necessary to void and rescind the transfer, claiming the transfer was made in mistake, or under duress, and without any payment or return of value.

I agree with the other authors that Mom needs to initiate suit in Superior Court to rescind/revoke the prior Deed.
