Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I purchased a home in my girlfriend's name about 30 years ago. She is now my wife but the house remained in her name only, but I have always paid the mortgage. She is now ill unable to handle our business. Her children, who i raised, are banning together to take our home. Can they take my home after more than 30 years if their mother's pass away before I do? Thank you.
