removing neighbors property on my property

i recently had a dispute with a nosy neighbor.i put a shed on my property.it was supposed to be 10ft from property line but was only 7ft8in.he called twsp. every day for 2 months.they didnt care but after his constant calls they made me move it.neighbor actully paid to have 2 surveys done to prove his point!well he also proved 2 of his sprikler heads are 9in on my property.i sent certified letter that gave him deadline to remove them and repair lawn.i dont want to hire lawyer,file court papers etc so can i legally remove these sprinkler heads on my property on my own or will i be libel for damages to his sprinkler system.they are definitaly on my property thank you

Unfortunatly the concept of community and good neighbors had deteriorated over the years. You do not have the right of self-help in the removal of the sprinklers. You do have the right to have them removed or be compensated for the use of your property, which it appears you have started by sending the letter. If the neighbor does nothing, you can place a value of the loss of property use and sue, handling it yourself, in the county court of your county of residence. You may also seek relief by getting an order of removal in that court.
