Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

We singed agreement of sale for vacation home in NJ. Now a relative asked to buy it. The 3 days have not expired for attorney review. Can we get out of sale? I noticed a few conflicting things in the agreement after signature plus my wife signed but did not date. Can any of this get us out of it?

If you want to have any chance of getting out of the contract based on the attorney review clause, you need to have an attorney review the contract. Timing is important.
