Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

False Accusation of Sexual Harassment

I had a secretive consensual sexual relationship with a married co worker. We were seen together in her car at a local store. To avoid her husband finding out about the affair she and her sister, who is also a co worker, concocted a plan that would get her off the hook with her husband and so he would not have to find out about our relationship. She quit the job and now my big boss told me they are pressing charges on me. I also received a visit from a police officer and a detective on this issue. What should I do? I am currently gather all the ophone records and the few witnesses at the job that did know about the affair. Please help me.
