Im being sued by an employee for sexual harassment for name calling and inappropriate language.

What are the chances of this going to court and loosing out on this one?

If you're being sued, you need to talk to a lawyer immediately. Unless you settle, the case will go to court. As I haven't seen the complaint and I do not know the facts, I cannot comment on your chances. However, depending on the basis for the complaint - and many other factors - a loss could be very expensive for you.
