Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

I was fired because i refuse to date my boss after his divorce. I have been working for the company for 12yrs. I have been the sales manager there. I use to date him briefly in the very beginning, and sometimes would see him during his marriage. I am forced to leave my job w/o any compensation. I was fired, I did not quit. Do you think I have a case. I would really like to talk more in detail, theres alot more to this.
