Fibromyalgia cases are difficult because the symptoms are largely self-reported. But you can win such cases if you have good medical records, including records from a Rheumatologist with a statement of the severity. You will need physical function testing, too. An experienced lawyer can help. And you'll need some luck that the person or judge reviewing the case understands Fibro.

I have handled dozens of Fibro cases over the years and have seen very few that are Fibro only. Symptoms of Fibro are similar to symptoms of many other illnesses. You need to be tested for everything. If you have cognitive loss, a/k/a Fibro fog, you need neuro-psychological testing too.
