Hotel taxes in Elizabeth, New jersey

Do i have to pay sales & hotel taxes after staying in a Residence Inn for over 80 days?

I was told after 30 days there were no taxes. Can you help?

Reading the statute, it appears this only applies after 90 days. Also, there may be a municipal component that has different time periods. Here is a link that may be helpful:
