Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Can i fight a street cleaning ticket when I left my vehicle for 1 minute to hand my father his phone because he could not park his commercial dump truck anywhere on the street? I was away from my car for the time it took my to walk to his vehicle and hand him the phone.

You can try but parking is a simple as leaving your car running even if you were in it, your situation is worse.
