Legal representation and/or options
I had been pulled over because the vehicle I was driving was not inspected, and received a citation for driving on a suspended license and driving without a license. I would like to know what options I have if I do not seek legal assistance since I cannot afford an attorney? And is it possible that I would have to serve jail time?
