Your father can get his license suspended for letting you drive if he knows you are suspended.

You have to get a lawyer, try to get your license restored and get some counseling to help you not get into trouble.

Good luck

Sure you may be getting targeted, especially if it is a relatively small town and you are known to the officers, but regardless, that is not a defense to the wrongdoing. For now, going forward, and not looking backward, almost every attorney will advise you that the most urgent step is getting your license restored, not doing anything to make that process take longer (like driving on the suspended list), and not making things worse for your Dad by driving his car while suspended. In terms of your current charges, I would recommend contacting a local attorney who handles traffic offense, and get representation, and not handle this on your own.
