Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

speeding ticket

I am 17 years old with a provisional license, I recieved a speeding ticket for going 102 in a 45 even though they speed seems hyped up and the posted limit was 50. What is the best way of approaching this so that i do not get my license suspended. Also in the state of new jersey if its a 5 point penalty for speeding in exess of 35 mph of the speed limit why would they even be able to suspend the license?

Re: speeding ticket

A provisional license is given so that, at the very first sign of wildness, youthful driving can be suspended immediately. You are going to have to walk for a while until you calm down.
