Traffic violations since early 1990's

I have been constantly charged with traffic tickets since 1991 when I first recieved my driving privaliges,

and I am currently going to court for 10 more tickets. My driving liscence was suspended in 1992 and has been every since. I have a relative that has used my name + info since I was old enough to drive but he has no knowledge that I filed charges against him for ID fraud

I suggest you get an attorney ASAP. The courts with these tickets are not likely to care about your story. The burden may fall upon you to prove it. I'm sure you are facing jail time due to the suspension so you have a lot at risk here. I am an identity theft assitance attorney and would be more than happy to help you.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
