dad died in 95 left everything to stepmom, she died last week leaving everything my father saved to their 3 children. am i entitled to any money

I would need more information to answer your question. If he gave her everything, and there is nothing else that affects this, and she gave everything to her three kids, then no, you get nothing. Probably not. Your father effectively disinherited you.. This happens very frequently and is quite sad. You need to have the Wills reviewed by counsel before you make a final determination.

I agree that the best answer is maybe. Unless you can establish some basis to be included, and there are a few possibilities, like undue influence or forgotten heir, among them, you get nothing. A parent can disinherit a child, and there could be many reasons for this. More facts are needed, and extensive litigation may be required. You should consult an estate litigator.
