I am a married woman in New Jersey. My widower father left me a house in Pennsylvania when he died last year. If I divorce my husband, is he ntitled to a part of that house?

Inheritances are usually non-marital property, if maintained as non-marital property. If you are concerned about this, do not put him on the Deed and keep ownership separate. Do not use marital assets or income to support this property or pay any bills regarding it from marital income or assets. Do not retire to it so it becomes your marital residence. This is a response to an Internet question and the reply is not to be considered as legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.
