Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Me and my siblings mother passed away in January 2012 and her husband -not our father- is the designated executor. He has failed to communicate and has not filed the will; we suspect he is hiding assets or some other funny-business. In New Jersey, is there a limit to how long a executor has to file?

Yes, and since it has now been four months, I suggest you contact me and take action.

I do handle quite a few Estates where the people involved take money that they should not, or fail to hand out the assets as they should, and similar estate litigation.
