What rights to step children have over a will of their step mother if their father died and left his entire estate to her?

Re: Wills & Estate

Unfortunately, you have very little rights. It appears that your father has effectively disinherited you. This is a frequent problem with multiple marriages. You should consult a probate attorney because it may be possible to challenge the Will. Nevetheless, you have a difficult road ahead.

I hope this helps!

I agree with Mr. Cappuccio.

Unless there are grounds to challenge the will [and assuming the statute of limitations has not run] then it's quite possible that your father's will, leaving his assets to his new wife, has disinherited you and any other children.
