Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

Almost desperate, should I accept a bonafide offer. and what does it truly mean?

What this means is that the company is offering you a settlement (usually a fairly low settlement) so you don't take the case to court. I would never advise that you take a settlement without first consulting with a lawyer, so don't do anything yet is my advice. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail.
