I worked for one company for 18 years, the business i was running closed down, I was to receive 3 weeks and 3 days paid vacation. Well the business shut down about 3 months ago and my head owner will not pay me. He said if i work and clean the restaunt he will give me a week paid vacation. Can I sue him?

File a complaint with the New Mexico labor board. It is cheaper and easier than litigation.
