The owner of an interest in the property can give a 3 day Notice to move under NM law [eviction.] If that doesn't work, legal action in the magistrate court is required to obtain a court order authorizing the sheriff to move her out if she won't go voluntarily. The required forms may be obtained from Magistrate Court, but they do not give legal advice and will not complete the forms for you.
