I don't know how to respond to civil complaint that was filed against me because they claimed damage of property.vechicle loss,personal time,and son was victim of drunk driver?I can tell you more!

This kind of legal problem is definitely not a do-it-yourself project. If you had insurance at the time, you should turn the matter over to them. If you did not, you should consult a Personal Injury defense attorney promptly. You have only 30 days within which to respond or you will lose by default. Most initial consultations are at no cost. Find a lawyer and get some professional help. You have too much at stake to try to go this alone.
