Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Mexico

A girl I have been dating for 3 months told me she was on birth control and I just found out she is pregnant. She saids she was on birth control. Can I look at her files to see if she was or wasn't? And what can I legally do about it?

You have no right to look into her files.

Whether or not she had birth control, she's pregnant and if you are the father, you are the father.
