Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

If I agree to the back child support as is and sign the responsibility for it, any dispute To it now no longer can be argued for in court even with legal documents showing proof. Is this a correct statement or will I be able to fight it by summoning the court after agreeing to the new order?

Once you agree to the back child support you've given up the right to dispute it. In the agreement to pay it, you agree that you owe it. The time to dispute it is now, not later. You might try petitioning the court for a temporary drivers license while you litigate the dispute.
