Polygraph Test
My employer wants me to submit to a polygraph test, due to an unauthorized use of the company fuel card. Should I take the test, I'm very nervous about it and if I do take it and it comes up in their favor, can they fire me?

You cannot be required to take the test. The 5th Amendment protects you. In NM, however, you can be fired for no reason at all. NM is an 'employment at will' state.
