Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico

i was told i need to file an interpleader because a pod on a bank account cannot be found and the person did a noncupative will and wanted me to have the funds in the account had given me poa before passing away, how can i file this also i was assigned a personal representative to the estate, the person passed away about 7 months ago,
