Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

I'm receiving unemployment benefits in NY. The job that laid me off is now offering me a job with a different title that requires hard labor. I had a sit down job and now they offering me a cleaning job. I suffer from asthma and I cannot do hard labor. Can I be denied unemployment benefits for refusing this job offer. Thanks Marisol

It appears that you may have a compelling medical reason to refuse this offer of employment.
