Legal Question in Disability Law in New York
A little over a week ago I received a summons for underage drinking in NYC. A friend of mine who also received a ticket that night printed up a for to plea guilty and pay 25$ through the mail. My concern is that the form says "code section 10-125(b), consumption of alcohol in public. Can my offense be payed by mail with this form and if not how can I go about paying my fine without having to appear at the courts on the summons date? Thank you very much.
